Hey, Cornerstone. Hey. I I think you saw in the announcements that in about four weeks, we're starting, a series on marriage. It's been about three years since we did that. But let me tell you two reasons why we're chasing marriage together. Number one is this, our heart, our passion, our desire
is that your marriage would be absolutely remarkable, that you would be able to enjoy life, your kids would be blessed because your marriage is strong. But the second part is we want to be known as the church where marriages are just amazing and that literally
people who are far from God would see how we treat each other, see what our marriages are like, and would be absolutely intrigued to come to this place. And guys, I'm telling you, a marriage series is your opportunity to invite somebody. Somebody who probably wouldn't come for any other sermon series,
but they're interested in their marriage getting better. It's low hanging fruit. And you just say, hey, for the next few weeks, we're talking about marriage. It's some really, really good information
and now you bring them into the room. And not only does their relationship with each other get better, but just might be that they find a relationship with Jesus. So guys, I'm just gonna encourage you to take advantage. Number one, be here every single week yourself, but number two, invite somebody
who needs to be in this room during that marriage series. Alright.
We're in a brand new series. It's called eighth wonder of the world. And if some of you are familiar, you would know there aren't actually eight wonders. There's seven wonders of the world. Some of those are like the city of Petra where, people actually went to the flat face on a mountain,
carved into the side of the mountain, used the mountain for their walls, for the roofs of their houses, for the doorways. They were built. It's literally a city carved. It's an amazing amazing thing to go see. The Colosseum
in Rome is one of the seven wonders of the world. The Great Wall Of China, the Pyramids in Egypt, part of the seven wonders of the world. But finance people have coined the phrase eighth wonder of the world and what they're talking about when they say that is compound interest.
They're saying, hey, you know, there's this thing where if you invest and you do it over a period of time, you end up with just a boatload of money. Let me see if I can explain how compound interest works.
So if you take a thousand dollars, put it in the bank. At the end of the first year, not only do you have your thousand dollars, but you've got the interest that the thousand dollars made. In the second year, you put another thousand dollars in the bank
and you're going to receive interest on the first thousand dollars, but you're also going to receive interest on the interest that you made on the first thousand dollars, and you're gonna receive interest on the second thousand dollars.
In the third year, you're gonna put another thousand dollars in, and that year, you're gonna receive interest on the first thousand dollars plus interest interest of on the first thousand dollars.
You'll receive interest on the second thousand dollars and interest on the interest of the second thousand dollars, and you'll receive interest on the third thing. If you do that over a period of time, compound, you end up with an incredible investment.
Here is what I am going say to you, that as good as compound interest is, it is not the eighth wonder of the world. That the eighth wonder of the world is actually your and my opportunity to join God in what he is doing in this world. The opportunity to
do life in a way that brings purpose and brings meaning and literally, literally changes eternity because we have collaborated and participated in what God is doing in this generation. And if that's not enough, that God offers you the opportunity to join him and do something that really really
matters in the long run, God then turns around and says, if you'll join me, if you'll be part of this kingdom work, I promise I will reward you wildly more than you could ever think or imagine. That's the eighth wonder of the world and that's the opportunity that you and I have in the kingdom.
So, let's talk for just a minute about some of the eternal things that are going on here at our church. Now here is what you need to know, the heart of God is two, it goes two directions. Number one, it's the heart of God that people would come to Jesus, but it's central to who he is, which means
at Christmas time when we handed you those cards and said, hey, invite somebody at Christmas and maybe half out of guilt you thought, alright, I'll give a card to Tom and then Tom said, okay, I'll come with you and you were surprised and then you sat in the service and the sermon was preached and at the end of the sermon,
there was a call that says, if you give your life to Jesus, pray this prayer and then and then we said, if you prayed the prayer, would you just stand up and to your surprise, Tom stood up and what you need to know is scripture says that when even one soul comes to Jesus that there is rejoicing in heaven,
which means you ready for this? When Tom stood up, heaven stood up and gave a standing ovation because of the eternality of what Tom is now going to be in heaven because of your invitation and what you need to know is not only did you join God in that moment to do something that actually mattered in life,
but then God says, hey, when you get to heaven, I'm gonna reward you like crazy because you participated in the thing that is dearest to my heart. The other thing that is central to the heart of God is that Christians become like Jesus Christ,
that they grow up into full maturity and that they're so much like Christ that when they walk into a room, it's as if Jesus walked into that room.
And you and I have the opportunity to participate in it to help other people become more and more like Jesus, which means when you walked out of that door maybe a couple months ago and you saw that table sitting there that said, hey, camp scholarships and you thought,
I I can do a little bit and so you gave a gift so that some teenager could end up at camp and a high schooler got to camp and they sat there the whole week with their arms crossed, but then the last night came and God was tugging on their hearts and the invitation was giving and they went forth and they surrendered
their whole life. They just said, I'm all in God. You can have every part of me and here's what you don't know, what if that kid you sponsored at camp is the next Billy Graham? See, just join God in eternity and all of a sudden you did something that really, really matters with your resource.
So let me let's just go through a list of some of the things that are happening in our place that have nothing but eternity written on them. They're they're joining what God is doing in this world. Let me give you just a short snippet of what some of those things are. So a year and a half ago, you and I built a thing called adventure port for our young children,
and we did that because we said we're committed to the next generation being better followers of Jesus than us. And guys, since we built that thing, we've had two thousand first time children come and visit Cornerstone.
And guys, if you you ought to go over and spend if you watch the bible that's being taught in that room, you you'll have tears in your eyes and you'll be confident and say, man, we are making a dent
in the next generation. Another thing that we do here is a thing called Kaboom. It's a Tuesday night program for our kids because we said, hey, one hour of our kids learning about Jesus when they sit in school for what, thirty hours every week, One hour is not enough
and so we've got a second hour on Tuesday nights in which we're teaching kids about Jesus and how to live for him and and guys, you realize how many churches in America have stopped doing midweek program for kids, but not you and me
because we're joining God in what he's doing in this world. Another thing that you and I are totally involved in that it just almost no churches in America are doing right now is we've got a singles program and guys, yeah, this one singles like, yeah, yeah and I found a no. Alright.
But here, let me think. Do you realize that in church, nearly 50% of church population is single people
and how incredible is it that so many churches are walking away and saying, hey, just navigate singleness by yourself. Navigate all the loneliness, navigate all the temptations that come along with being single and you and I instead have said, we're gonna walk with you.
We're gonna help you navigate this part of your life super well. It'd be our absolute joy if you found an incredible spouse who loves Jesus as much as you and we're gonna help you avoid regret in your singleness. Guys, that's kingdom stuff.
Another thing that we're involved in is that we're raising up interns and residents. In other words, young people, young men and women who are saying, hey, I'm thinking about giving my life to full time ministry and guys, we pay them crud but we give them the opportunity to get here to learn ministry,
to sharpen their pastoral skills. Guys, many generations will we potentially affect because we're raising the next generation of pastors inside of our church. Another thing that we're doing is that you and I have been super involved in trying to lead people to Christ. So far this year, 1,300
people have made a first time decision for Jesus Christ.
Guys, think think about this, that's 1,300 people who were headed to hell, who are now headed to heaven and you and I have made a decision as a church to say, you know what, in the Southeast Valley, we're gonna make it really hard to go to hell.
You're we're gonna be so bold in our witness, we're gonna be so out there, you're gonna have to step over Cornerstone if you're gonna miss God.
We're involved in Zambia. I think you know that. And just recently, you guys were so generous and gave to, the Zambia project. There's a slum there called Chayenda,
and there's a little center in which they're doing school, but that school was packed with 900 students and about five classrooms, and you and I gave so that they could buy three houses that were contiguous to their property. They've already bought those houses because of our generosity.
They've already expanded the school. The classrooms are smaller, and they have more students in the school. And the wonder of it is is those children, because they're so poor and couldn't afford uniforms in Zambia, were not gonna be allowed to go to school.
Now they're getting education. That means their future is changed, but more than that, it's a school that teaches them about Jesus Christ, which means their eternity has changed because of our generosity. You you and I are involved to our eyeballs in India,
and guys, I'm just telling you, you wanna go to India sometime on one of our mission trips, you you would be amazed at what God is doing there. But but literally, I think it's 23 orphanages that are part of that, so think about hundreds upon hundreds of kids who've been rescued off the street.
They've got, three leprosy colonies, and again, hundreds and hundreds of lepers who have been given dignity, and they're hearing about Jesus Christ. But maybe one of the most exciting things is that they've literally got like dozens of colleges, they've got a full blown university, which means they're raising young adults to go out in India and change India
for Jesus Christ, and you and I are part owners in what God is doing in India. We told you last week, if you were here, we commissioned a couple,
Tony and Stacy, to go plant a church on the West Side of town, but what some of us didn't know is that you and I have been involved in church planting for the last twenty five years. You and I have been part of a group called Vision Arizona, and we have planted 38 churches all across Arizona.
That's part of what God is just has been doing in in this, place. And then, guys, if you haven't figured this out yet, I am a maturity guy. I I I walk into a room and I just go, hey, are people in this room loving Jesus and following Jesus?
I I just desperately wanna see every one of us grow stronger in our faith, which is why our church absolutely offers more opportunities for you to grow than any church that I know in the entire state.
We've got small churches. We've got small groups. We've got the mind. We've got men's ministry. We've got women's ministry. Dozens. And if you don't grow up in Jesus at Cornerstone, it's your own fault because we we literally give you every opportunity possible
to grow in your faith. We've got a ministry called Celebrate Recovery, which actually works with people who are struggling in addiction. We've got about 150 people who meet in Celebrate Recovery every single Monday night, and think about this, you've probably have heard the horribly low statistics
of people who go to secular recovery groups, and yet in celebrate recovery, the statistics are turned on. We're talking ninety percent plus of the people who go to celebrate find freedom from their addictions, and you and I are doing that together as a church.
We do this crazy thing every single year. We call it Harvest Festival. We just we just throw a big party for the entire city here on the church property, and what we're doing in that moment is because we know that most people who don't go to church think you and I are weird.
They do, right? They think we're weird, and so in order to just give them a hug, in order to say, hey, now you wouldn't normally come on our campus, but we've got this thing and we're just gonna give it as a free gift to you and hopefully,
hopefully in encountering us, they encounter just a little bit of Jesus. And that when they walk off this campus after harvest festival, they go, you know what, I don't know that I'm going to church next Sunday, but if I was gonna go to church, I'd go to that church,
and you and I just got them one step closer to the cross. Last year we had 15,000 people at harvest festival.
Some of you may or may not know, every year our church holds a conference, it's called S2, and S2 stands for two S's, starting churches and strengthening churches. And last year, we had 1,200 pastors and church staff in this room for two and a half days, and we literally
inspired them to say, let's go plant more and more churches, not just in Arizona, but in the entire United States, and then we trained those staffs in leadership, we sharpened their skills so they could go back to their church and their churches could be even stronger and more robust and more vibrant
in reaching their communities. And guys, that happened because you made it possible by being generous here. And then just talking a moment about maybe some of the things we're talking about in the future,
we're we're right now investigating the possibility of opening a day care here. And the reason we're thinking about that yeah. Every every parent with a kid is clapping right now because child care is insane right now. And so the heart of it is, could we offer daycare
at a more reasonable rate for the families of Cornerstone, and then you would have the confidence that not only is your child being taken care of, but that they're hearing about Jesus every single day. And then, on top of that, we're in the process right now of putting together Cornerstone University,
which means there's gonna be the opportunity for you to enroll in either a bachelor of arts or in a master's level, degree in leadership with a bible emphasis. And you wanna hear the very best part? It's gonna cost you like one tenth
of what it cost to enroll in a regular school. So all of that is for because you are as all of this is going on in all kingdom and that's only a small fraction of what God is doing in this place. Here's what blows my mind,
did you know that all of that, everything that you see up on the screen and more, is happening and yet there's only about 17% of our church that volunteers and serves? Can you imagine what would happen if 50% of our church volunteered and served? What could we do for the kingdom that we can't yet?
And did you know that all of that is happening, all this kingdom stuff is happening and only about 12% of our church ties. Can you imagine, can you imagine if 50% of our church tied, we would turn the Southeast Valley upside down for Jesus.
But we hesitate. 88% of us hesitate to get involved, to give generously. Why? I mean, when we have such an incredible opportunity to join God, to do something that matters for our lives that eternity would be, why do we hesitate? And here's the answer. Because we get focused on the cost.
See, we go, Lynn, wait, wait, see what you're asking me is you're asking me to give some of my time and I just don't have time to spare. And Lynn, you're asking me to give some of my finances and the truth is, I get to the end of the month and I still got 20 things I wish I could buy.
And we look at the sacrifice and then we come back and we go, it's it's Lynn, look, it's a hard no because I'm focused on the cost.
I'm 20 years old. I walk into a bank. I'm gonna cash a check. And as I'm standing there in line, one of the bank managers walks up to me and says, hey, young man. Do you have an IRA? And I go, no. And he goes, here's what here's what you need to know. If you were to if you were to set aside $2,000 a year,
then by the time you got to retirement, you'd have way over a million dollars in your retirement account and then he handed me a little brochure and as I walked out of bank, here's what I said, that dude has no idea, he doesn't understand my life, He's asking me to give $2,000 I barely make 20 something thousand a year.
There is no way he talked to the wrong guy. Hard no, because I was focused on what it would cost and I didn't believe there's any way I could.
See, honestly, that's that's what you and I struggle with too. Right? When the pastor gets up here and says, hey, would you would you invest your time in something that matters for eternity? Would you would you invest generously with your finances for and you just go, Lynn, you don't understand my life.
When you say invest your time, I've got a real job. I'm not like you that sits around and praise all day. I've got a real job. I get up and I have to get on the road at 06:30 in the morning. I'm driving through rush hour traffic. I do my work all day. It's rush hour traffic. I mean, I'm sitting home at 06:30
and then I gotta take care of the kids and there's stuff to do around the house and I gotta watch my favorite show, Game of Thrones, Lynn, you don't understand. I don't have time. And then you talk about finances, you kidding me?
I've got a mortgage, I've got a car payment, I've two car payments, I've got insurance that I gotta pay, things breaking down around that, my kidneys, braces, come on. And have you seen what's happened to prices? When you go out to eat, they make you leave your first born child there at the hostess booth as collateral.
And then Lynn, you talk about, Lynn, you just, you don't understand. Hard no.
I did some calculating. The bank manager came to me when I was 20. I didn't start saving for my retirement till I was 35. So fifteen years. And I just calculated and said, if I had actually taken his advice, if I had done 2,000 a year for those fifteen years, what did I miss? What did I not get in return?
Guess what that number came out to? $423,000 that I forfeited because in that moment, said, I can't possibly do that, but I looked back and I thought, you know what, Lynn? I don't know if I could have done a full 2,000, but here's the deal,
at that period in my life, me and my friends, we'd go out two or three nights a week and just hang out at restaurants and talk and have fellowship and I just thought, you know what, what if we had just done Jiffy Pop?
What if we'd stayed home and played monopoly or done a game and then I could have taken that money because I'd readjusted a little bit and I could have saved at least that? And then and then in that period of my life, Calvin Klein was a big deal and I had to be cool, right? I had to be cool
and I thought, you know, what if I had just done Levi's and I could have taken that difference and I I could have invested in my retirement And here's the mistake we make, we spend too much time looking at the cost and not looking at what we're giving away, not looking at what we forfeit when we don't join God.
See, I'm convinced that you and I, we hear, Hey, would you serve? And would you be generous? And we just go, Lynn, I can't, I can't afford that. Now you're right, you probably can't, not without adjustment you can't, and not without probably some sacrifice you can't, you might have to TiVo your show if you serve, right?
But what we ought to be looking at is what God could do with our lives and if we were to join Him, the purpose that would come in our lives, if we were to join Him and what we're forfeiting because we don't join God in this thing.
See, I looked back at my life and when my dad took off and now I'm just telling you, I was a young man in absolute despair and there were some men who stepped up to spend time with a lonely nine year old boy. And guys, I'm just telling you, I look back and I wanna go, oh my god, I I can't I was so messed up. I was so
God hadn't given me and if if somebody hadn't listened to that tug that God made in their heart and said, I'm just gonna go spend time with this boy and been a father figure to me and I'm convinced that my life is totally different because they gave time
and and here's what I'm I'm convinced that they own shares in Cornerstone. That because they invested in me that now everything that's happening in this place, they own stock,
and someday they're gonna end up in heaven and God's gonna put this big old pile of reward and they go, what's that? That's that nine year old boy that you took time to minister to. And if they hadn't answered the call, they hadn't sacrificed the time,
I was at a little EV free church and they made the decision to fund a part time youth pastor. They had to stretch, they had to give a little more to make it happen. His name was Wayne Bauer.
Wayne Bauer was my youth pastor. Wayne Bauer is the one who first got me absolutely on fire for Jesus Christ. It was under Wayne Bauer's ministry that I surrendered my life to full time ministry. And here's what I'm convinced,
there are some members of a little EV free church that one day they're gonna stand in heaven and God's gonna bring a boatload of jewels and they're gonna go, what is this? And they're gonna go, that's that part time youth pastor you paid for,
who just so happened to minister to a young man's life who went off to be part of an amazing amazing church that was doing all sorts of kingdom stuff and you own stock in Cornerstone and here's the reward. And guys, I'm just so you guys gotta stop looking at the sacrifice and turn around and look at the investment
that God is offering for you and me to have a life that has real meaning and is worth living, and then God rewards you and me beyond anything we ever dreamed or imagined.
When we join God in what he's doing, not only does our life matter, but man, there's a payoff, there's a payoff that makes compound interest look like nothing.
Matter of fact, let me show you some verses in scripture that talk about how God rewards those of us who are willing to sacrifice time and willing to sacrifice financially for the kingdom. Here's the first verse.
It's one Corinthians chapter three, and one Corinthians chapter three is talking about that moment that every single one of us, every one of us someday stands in front of Jesus and we give an account for what we did with our lives. And it's about to say, hey, there are some things that actually mattered for eternity,
and those things are gonna bring reward, and then there's a whole bunch of things that we did with our life that didn't have anything to do with the eternal and those things get burned up. Here it is, it says, for no one can lay a foundation
other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. In other words, hey, if you're gonna do anything, do with let Jesus be the most important thing in your life, let it be the foundation of your decisions. If anyone builds on this foundation, if anyone sacrifices
to build on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, their work will be shown for what it is, because the day will bring it to light, it will be revealed by fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person's work. If what has been built survives, the builder will receive reward
and if it is burned up, it really wasn't eternal, the builder will suffer a loss, but yet will be saved even though as one escaping through the flames. Here's another verse, it's Revelation chapter 22, so think about this for a second. Revelation 22 is the very last chapter in the very last book of the bible, which means
God is probably telling us some really important, he's going, hey, this is my last chance, let me tell you some really important things. Here's what it says, this is Jesus talking, look, I'm coming soon, my reward is with me and I will give to each person according to what they've done,
according to anything that they've invested in that was part of the heart of God that was eternal and I promise you, I will reward that. Another verse, Jesus said to them, Truly I tell you at the renewal of all things, when the son of man sits on his glorious throne, again, end times, judgment time,
you who have followed me will also sit on the 12 thrones, judging the 12 tribes of Israel. At this moment, he's talking to the disciples, but now he turns and talks to you and me. And he says, And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or fields for my sake, anyone
who's ever sacrificed something to do something for the kingdom will receive a 100 times as much as they sacrificed and will inherit eternal life, but many who are first will be last. In other words, those who said, no, no, no, I'm not going to invest in the kingdom, I'm going to invest in me first.
And he goes, well, you need to know that's a lousy investment because then in the kingdom you end up last and many who are last in other words, he said, look, I'm maybe not gonna buy a new car this year, I'm gonna put that toward the kingdom. Hey, I'm gonna buy camp scholarships for kids. Those who said,
it's not about me, will be first. And then here's one more verse,
this is Paul and Paul says, look, I have fought the good fight, I have finished my race, I have I have devoted my life to living for Jesus. I've kept the faith, and now there is in store for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that day,
and not only to me, but also to all who've longed for his appearing. Here's what he's saying.
When you invest in the kingdom, when you live your life for the things that touch the heart of God, he says, hey, there's a crown waiting for me, and that doesn't touch us because we live in America and we don't think about, could we buy our little daughter's tiaras? Know what a crown is? A crown is about a position.
A crown is about authority and leadership. And remember Jesus said this, to whom has been faithful with the little things, I will give to them many things to be in charge. You know what he's literally saying? Hey, that when you serve God here on earth, when you sacrifice for God on earth, you're then given position
in heaven. That's part of the reward. We're not looking at the sacrifice, but looking at the kingdom.
Jesus, Jesus gave you and me a prescription on how to live. So grab your Bibles, we're gonna look at this one together to Matthew chapter six.
If you're not familiar, go to the back of your Bible, work to the left, you're gonna find this book of Matthew. It's a verse that I'm guessing a whole bunch of us have heard, I'm just not sure a bunch of us have applied. It's Matthew chapter six, it's verse 19, here's what Jesus says, do not,
I did a whole deep dive on what does do not mean in the Greek. Any guesses? Do not. Don't do this. Don't. Don't store up for yourselves treasures on earth where moth and vermin, rats destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven,
where moth and vermin, rats do not destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there is your heart also. Here's what Jesus is saying. Be careful, be careful, be careful where you put your investments. So here's the deal, all of us have the same twenty four hours in our life and,
you and I get to decide what we're gonna do with those twenty four hours and and the reality is most of us have to work, but here's what you need to know, that time that I just spent at work,
zero sum. I mean, it doesn't have direct eternal value. It's just time that's gone. You and I have to watch our favorite TV show and that's okay, but you just need to know,
zero sum, hear what I'm saying right now, This is not sinful, that's not what it is,
and it's okay, it's okay that you put your time at work and you know, your kid is in club sports, and so that means you have to go to practice, and then you have to go to all the games, and of course there's the way games you have to, right, it's okay.
And matter of fact, I think God even enjoys that. Think about this, as a parent, when your kids are doing well, you're like, Hey, that's great, I love that. And I think when you and I are doing okay, God goes, I love that. He's just simply saying, realize that this is zero sum and that as you take your time, don't invest
all your time in things that don't actually matter in eternity. He says the same thing about our finances, he says, no, I get it, it, I we've all got mortgages, but you realize that house is not going to heaven with you, Zero sum. When you die, you leave it behind
and somebody else is gonna mess it up and repaint it. They just are. Hey, you wanna talk about something that the car you're making a car payment on, right now you love it because it's just got such a good, you're gonna trade that sucker in in four years ago, I can't wait to get rid of that car. Zero sum.
And all God's saying, look, look, all God's saying is, this is okay, it's okay, and I think God actually takes joy that you and I are doing okay. He simply says, it can't be where we invest everything, and whatever you do, whatever you do, be sure, be sure that some of your time goes to the kingdom,
goes to the things that really actually matter eternally and God says, when you invest eternally, I'll give you reward.
It's okay that you've got a nice house and a nice, just be sure that all of your money doesn't go to stuff that doesn't last. Be sure that some of your money goes into the kingdom. And then he says, I'll reward.
You realize Jesus in this moment, having the same conversation that I had with my son about ten years ago. See, Joshua waited a little longer than me to get married.
When he finally did get married, he decided the cool thing to do would be to live kind of in Downtown Tempe. He liked the atmosphere and the vibe and all the artists down there, and so he began renting a house in Downtown Tempe. And after about two years, I went to Josh. I said, Josh, this has got to stop.
He goes, What do you mean, dad? I said, You realize you're paying rent, which means you're getting zero back. It's a zero sum proposition when you pay rent. Somebody else is getting rich on you paying rent. You're putting equity in their pocket, not in your own.
And I said, Josh, by the time I was your age, your mom and I were already on our second house. Being an owner of a house, that that actually builds equity for you. It it's it's one of the easiest ways to acquire wealth is own a house. Matter of fact,
by the time you have inflation and you have appreciation that goes on, there's a chance by the time you pay off that house that literally you've lived in that house for close to free because everything you've given, you can get back from that house. It's
the wonder of being an owner. And Josh said to me this. You ready? Dad, I can't. Being an owner, owning a house, the payment is higher than paying rent. And I said, Josh, you need to make some adjustments. You you need to make some sacrifices because you don't wanna be a renter, you want to be an owner.
Couple years later, he called me back, he said, dad, you know how much equity I got in this house?
Some of us are living our Christian lives as renters. See, we come in this place and we sing all of our songs, but we watch other people serve. We watch other people give generously to what God is doing in this place.
Renters. And guys, all I'm saying is to be an owner. Be an owner. Take some. Take some of your time. Take some of the assets that God has given you. Leverage them into the kingdom.
Leverage them into the heart of God and watch your life suddenly have real purpose and meaning. Watch your life change eternity for other people and watch God reward you in a way that you never imagined.
Owners, not renters. Let's pray. Hey, dear Lord Jesus. Man, this is a hard one because when when we look, we we all just say that God, I don't have enough time. I've I've got a whole list of things I didn't get done this week. I don't have time to spare.
And God, we look at our finances and we say there there's a whole list of things I still wish I could buy, and I I don't have money to spare. God help us to understand it's not about what we can spare. It's about what we're willing to sacrifice.
That that moves us from being renters in the kingdom to being owners in what you're doing. Investors in your heart and seeing lives changed and seeing seeing eternity come alive, and and then you promised. You said you would reward us beyond beyond what we could have ever imagined or think. It's incredible
that you have invited us to join you. Help us today. Help us today to move from renters to owners in the kingdom. This I pray in the g name of Jesus. Amen.
