Healing

God did not design us for death or for broken covenant, which is why loss and betrayal overwhelm us so deeply. But Scripture is full of broken, honest people, not just heroes, and Jesus calls the weak and heavy-burdened to Himself, not the put-together. Healing comes not from coping mechanisms or endless cycles of blame and bitterness, but from stopping the spiral, dropping the coping mechanisms, and rolling into a renewed, whole-life surrender to Jesus.

Pastor TJ shows through the story of David, Joab, and Absalom that real friends are strong when we are weak, telling us the truth even when it costs them. When we feel alone in our pain, the Holy Spirit is the friend who is always present, always truthful, and who calls us to bless those who curse us rather than trade our destiny for our temporary feelings.
